Target Samples and Free Offers
Target offers free store samples on its official website. Customers can go to the official website and select the See More section on the right side of the page. Then, they can choose the icon for Sample Spot. Once on the Sample Spot page, shoppers can choose the sample they want by clicking on the Request Sample button. They will then be asked to answer one to three quick survey questions. Then, they will be prompted to provide their address. Samples take 8-10 weeks for delivery. Consumers can order as many samples as they want, but only one sample of each product is permitted per household. Samples go quickly, so some samples may not be available upon request. Samples that Target may offer include Dove, Woolite, MiraLAX, Huggies, and Garnier.
In-store free samples are also offered from time to time. These events may be promoted in the Target circular, but are usually unadvertised.
In addition to free samples, Target also offers free printable coupons. These can be accessed on the official Target website under the Coupons section. Offers include dollars and cents off discounts and percentages off savings. Products that may offer coupons include Special K Cereal, Haagen Dazs, Nicorette, Nicoderm, Cheerios, and Yoplait.
Target also sponsors free events throughout the year. Museums, zoos, aquariums, and numerous other attractions that have partnered with Target offer free admission or discounted admission at select times throughout the year.
Target was founded in 1881 as the Dayton Dry Goods Company and today operates more than 1,700 store locations in 49 states. Consumer products offered at Target include bed and bath products, cosmetics, clothes, jewelry, pharmaceutical items, and electronics.
