About the Gateway Clipper

The Gateway Clipper launched its maiden passenger voyage on May 17, 1958, and in its first year carried 25,000 passengers on sightseeing tours. The fleet, which started out with just one boat that could carry 100 passengers, now operates five boats and can carry 2,500 passengers.[3]

The Gateway Clipper fleet employs 70 full-time employees, and more than 300 seasonal employees in its year round operations.[3] Some of the featured cruises include Dining, Sightseeing, Dance & Music, Day Excursions, and more.[4]
